Work From Home Series: Arbonne International

Here is part three of our “Work at Home” Series.  Thanks to Hannah for answering these questions for us!

Business you work through: Arbonne International

How long have you been with them? I have worked the business for about 2 years

Why did you start and why this business? I started Arbonne because of the value in the products. I have used the products for about 6 years and love the pure, safe and beneficial nature of all of the products. I started working the business, when I knew that I wanted to be home with my family and because of my husbands schedule, I wanted to do something that would bring in finances, but allow me to have my “own thing” as well.

Now that you have done it for a while, what do you like about it? After working with and finding out more about the ethics of Arbonne as a company, it just makes sense. They have one of the best compensation plans out there and have so much training to go along with that, as well as a real family mentality. The president of the company has stated “Arbonne is a personal growth company, disguised as a skin care company”. This is true and I love the personal growth that I have made over the last couple of years. I look forward to more of that in my and my families future. I love Arbonne.

What is your average income of an Arbonne Consultant? The income varies so much within Arbonne. You have the choice to have income that can range from $200.00 to $20,000.00 (or more) a month depending on your level of interest and effort. That is one of the beautiful things. You can go at your own pace or need. All within about the same 10-20 hours a week. The benefits of Arbonne are truly the personal growth, as well as the flexibility and the time leverage. I have seen the difference between “hard work” and “smart work”. You don’t want to expect others to do your work for you, so you need to work your own business, however there is real advantage to a “team”, for so many reasons.

Are there opportunities for others to do this as well? What do they need to do to get started? Yes, there are always opportunities for anyone and everyone. There are a couple of ways to get started. The cost to start up the business is $109.00 and there are ways to “earn” your products. When you sign up to work the business, as a consultant that would/could sign up, I will help and provide products for the first couple of home parties, so there is not a lot of cost up front. There is also lots of training available in person or on their website as well.

What is the hardest part about doing what you do? Learning to step out of your personal comfort zones.

How can our readers contact you if they would like to host an event, become a consultants, learn more about what you do, etc? Hannah Johnson, 360-296-0427 or e-mail joe.hanjohnson@gmail.com. I would be more than happy to answer any questions or just give more information.

Can you offer our readers a special deal? I would love to give away one of our “makeup primers” One of our best selling products. To anyone who books a party with me or sets up an appointment to receive more information from me about Arbonne. Hostesses can also earn a lot more hostess products for hosting a party as well. I will also give 20% off of product for anyone referred to me through Alaskacoupondiva.com.
