Maybe I am the only one but I cringe when people send me store bought greeting cards for my birthday. While I appreciate the gesture I hate that my friends or family spent upwards of $3 on something I will read and then end up tossing in the trash (although I do so with much reluctance!).
Enter “Regreet” greeting cards! These are gift cards that you can reuse and send on to others after you are finished with yours. Plus, they come with a unique bar code so you can go online and track the journey of your card. I think this is a fabulous idea as people can save money on not purchasing new greeting cards and it also prevents that much more garbage from going into landfills. You can read the full detail and description of these cards here.
For the next 20 hours you can buy 2 sets of Regreet cards for just $10 (or less) which would regularly cost you $24. This will ship to AK and Hawaii (sorry about missing that yesterday) and shipping is $3. So for $13 or less you have to sets of reusable greeting cards that can be used over and over again!
Jasmere is a great new company that I learned about while at Blogher. Unlike other discount sites, the price of their daily deal gets cheaper when more people purchase it. The best part is that your card won’t be charged until the sale ends and everyone who ordered will pay the same low price.

I use a separate piece of paper or a post it to “sign” greeting cards, especially thank you notes and let the receiver know to reuse and pass the appreciation on ….the world needs words of encouragement!!
