Yup. Both of mine were that way too. Purchased at a local mom and pop here in the Valley. I taped them back together, but they may not scan anyway. I tried to be really careful to line them up. Looks like one of ADN’s machines had a malfunction.
Hmmm… You could call and complain about it, both of my inserts were in good shape (2 papers)
I purchased 2 papers today from 2 different paper machines and both of them contained 1 torn Smart Source (the one with tampon coupon) did anyone else have this problem?
