As those following us on Facebook and Twitter probably know, I was lucky enough to spend last weekend in New York City for the annual Blogher conference. RetailMeNot sponsored my conference pass which allowed me to attend and meet a lot of other great and knowledgeable bloggers, learn how to better serve our readers and how to generally increase my skills with social media. Another great aspect of Blogher was that I was able to meet many helpful representatives from hundreds of great companies which will result in some awesome giveaways for all of you!
One of the best things about Blogher is that companies go and give attendees Swag and gifts in order to promote their products in hopes that we will write about them. I will do a post later highlighting some of my favorite new products but for now, I want to let all of you have a mini Blogher Swag experience of your own. We are giving away RetailMeNot Swag bags to 5 lucky readers. I am honestly not sure what will be in these bags as I saw a little variation between what people received, but it will be good! When you use the “Suggest This” tab we can track your invites as well as who new fans were invited by. You can currently invite up to 12 a day (this sometimes changes) so you can invite more every day or you can post an invite on your wall.

Actually, since you couldn’t possibly invite all of your friends in a week’s time (12 per day x 7 days) if you have over a hundred friends, it is more about suggesting it to friends that would have an interest in the page. FYI, the person who won by suggesting to the most friends last time only did 96 invites and the person who got the most friends to sign up won with 13. Thanks for entering!
Not thrilled the giveaway is determined by how many suggestions you send out…basically it depends on how many friends you have.
