Hmmm… Renee, I’ve never had a problem using them with the sale. I didn’t take “regular retail” to mean regular price… more just to be the “standard coupon” language that’s on there! I do know the coupons always beep, it’s b/c that particular coupon book wasn’t put into the Alaska computer systems correctly… so they have to manually push the coupons through. It’s expiring soon (end of March), I wonder if they’ll put a new one out? can’t wait to see, it had some nice coupons in it! and even nicer? they don’t take them from you, b/c they’re store coupons, so you can use them multiple times!
I’m curious if anyone is ever able to use those coupons from the activity book when the item is on sale. Like trying to use with the Huggies deal this week. It states on the coupon “off regular retail.” The first time I tried to use one, I hadn’t looked at it closely and it beeped. The cashier tried it again and we figured it was beeping because the item was on sale. I guess it’s a YMMV thing depending on whether you get a cashier that pushes it through?
